Landmark Properties, Inc., founded in 1989 by Brian C. Pahud, President, has focused on developing and/or acquiring commercial properties in the Indianapolis metropolitan area.
Concentrating on office and retail projects, Landmark is a portfolio developer, building and acquiring properties for our own account rather than marketing our services to third parties. This approach allows every decision to be based upon sound long-term fundamentals that will create value for our tenants.
The staff at Landmark takes pride in being small and agile, and we are able to respond quickly and remain flexible in our approach to every transaction. In the course of previous projects, Landmark has developed relationships with hundreds of tenants, and we take satisfaction in our ability to earn repeat business with them.
Industry organizations with which we are affiliated include: Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Indiana CPA Society, National Association of Realtors (NAR), Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Binford Redevelopment & Growth (BRAG), and the Nora-Northside Community Council.
